"Marcus listens Marcus cares and Marcus will delve into a problem to find out the answers without a bunch of BS that I have received up here in Kansas City. Mark lives at Lake of the Ozarks, which is where I used to live and I had that agency and use that agency for years and guess what I moved my accounts back from Overland Park Kansas back down to Lake the Ozarks because I trust Mark and I trust that agency and the people that runs State Farm insurance company down in that area. You don’t have to have a local provider. So sometimes it’s best to stick with what you got and don’t find anybody that doesn’t give a damn."
